Our developments are managed completely in-house by us with an on-site property manager. We provide free services such as snow removal, landscaping and all other outdoor maintenance.

Our Location
We are located in northeastern Pennsylvania in the borough of Old Forge, located between the cities of Scranton and Wilkes Barre.
Our locations offer easy access to interstates 81, 84, 380, and 476. Old Forge is close to many regional attractions including minor league baseball, skiing, and hockey. The Wilkes Barre Scranton International Airport is just 10 minutes away. Old Forge is also home to many top rated restaurants featuring unique pizza and ethnic foods.
Schools
Children may publicly attend the Old Forge School District or nearby Holy Rosary, All Saints Academy, Our Lady of Peace, Scranton Preparatory, Holy Cross, and Wyoming Seminary.
Local universities and Colleges include the University of Scranton, Marywood, Lackawanna, Penn State, Johnson's, Keystone, Luzerne, Wilkes, Kings, Misericordia and the Commonwealth Medical School.
Old Forge wage tax is only 1%.
Pets
We welcome pets such as cats, dogs, birds and fish with landlord approval. No additional deposit required. Monthly pet rent $30.00 per pet, please inquire for additional details.
